How long will my order take?

We carefully prepare and pack each order with love.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes:

  • Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
  • Outlying and rural areas: 3–5 business days

Please note that processing and delivery times may be longer during peak periods, product launches, sales events, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Orders over R1,250 have free shipping.

Which delivery options do you offer?

We deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

We currently offer:

  • Standard Door-to-Door Delivery – Delivered directly to your chosen address.
  • Express Door-to-Door Delivery – Faster delivery to your chosen address.
  • PUDO Locker Delivery – Collect your parcel from a PUDO locker that suits you.
  • PUDO Kiosk Delivery – Collect your parcel from a participating PUDO kiosk location.
Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Love Lolla Gift Cards are available and make the perfect gift.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you have a physical store?

No, Love Lolla is an online-only store.

This allows us to serve customers across South Africa while focusing on creating beautiful, faith-inspired stationery and gifts.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can assist you.

Do you offer custom or personalised products?

We currently do not offer custom or personalised products.

Should this change in future, we will announce it on our website and social media platforms.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa.

We hope to expand our delivery options in the future and appreciate your support as we grow.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are your stickers waterproof?

Our stickers are designed for planners, journals, notebooks, laptops, and other stationery items.

While they are durable and high quality, they are not intended for prolonged exposure to water and are not fully waterproof unless specifically stated on the product description.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.

You can use this information to track your parcel and monitor delivery progress.

What happens if nobody is available to receive my parcel?

Our courier partners will generally attempt delivery more than once.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information, additional delivery charges may apply.

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery during business hours.
