Shipping Policy
At Love Lolla, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following information regarding shipping, delivery, and order tracking.
1. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Major Metropolitan Areas
(Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town and surrounding areas)

1 to 3 business days
Outlying and Rural Areas

3 to 5 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.
2. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and packed during business days only, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
While we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note:

Unforeseen courier delays may extend delivery times to between 7 and 10 business days.

During peak trading periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, and other promotional events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Pre-orders and selected made-to-order products may require 21 to 30 business days before dispatch. Where applicable, estimated lead times will be indicated on the relevant product page.
Orders are shipped only once payment has been successfully received and the order has been fully processed.
3. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Love Lolla cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.
Should a parcel need to be re-delivered due to an address error or customer unavailability, additional courier charges may apply.
4. Delivery Requirements
Deliveries are made within South Africa on business days between 08h00 and 17h00.
The recipient may be required to provide proof of identity upon delivery.
Any person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be presumed to be authorised by the customer to receive the order on their behalf.
If the courier is unable to complete delivery, two delivery attempts may be made.
Should delivery fail after two attempts due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to provide access to the delivery address:

Additional delivery charges may apply; or

Love Lolla reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less any courier costs already incurred and a reasonable administration fee.
5. Tracking Your Order
Within 48 hours of dispatch, you will receive an email containing:

You may also track your parcel directly through The Courier Guy's tracking platform:

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to become available.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will gladly assist in investigating the matter with the courier.
Once the courier has confirmed successful delivery to the delivery address provided by the customer, Love Lolla will assist where reasonably possible with any delivery-related queries, but cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery has been completed.
In certain circumstances, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels. Where this occurs, customers will be notified and provided with tracking information for each shipment where available.
7. International Shipping
At present, Love Lolla delivers exclusively within South Africa.
We look forward to expanding our delivery options in the future and appreciate your understanding.
8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
