Dear friend,

I wanted to share a little more of the story behind Love, Lolla, because it started with something I desperately needed in my own life... 🤍
​
As a full-time working mom of three boys, life is full.
​
For a long time, I only spent time in God’s Word when I could finally steal a moment at the end of the day, after everything else seemed done.
​
I had a desperate need to spend more time with God and started realising, all over again, how powerful God’s Word really is.
​
Scripture tells us that His Word is alive and active (Hebrews 4:12), and that it does not return empty but accomplishes what God sends it to do (Isaiah 55:11). Romans 10:17 teaches us that faith comes through hearing the Word.
​
I started looking for ways to weave God’s Word into the life I was already living, not something I only reached for when I finally found a moment.
​
Isn't it beautiful how Jesus met the women in the Bible right in the middle of their ordinary lives? The Samaritan woman at a well, Mary and Martha in their home...
​
Love, Lolla was born from a dream to create beautiful, faith-filled products that could help me, and hopefully other women too, make Scripture part of our everyday lives.
​
​The more time I spend in the Word, the more Esther's story reminds me of my own. Esther found herself in a position she could never have fully understood beforehand. And when the moment came, she was challenged with these words:

“And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”- Esther 4:14 (NIV)

She could have remained comfortable and silent in the palace, but she chose to be faithful with the position she had been given.
When I look back at my own story, I can see so many puzzle pieces that I could never have put together myself. I have become increasingly aware that the position I find myself in is not for my own comfort or benefit; it comes with a responsibility I do not take lightly.
Love, Lolla is one of the ways I believe I am called to live out that responsibility and be faithful with what God has placed in my hands.
